TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to ESG Indoor Air Quality. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and obligations that apply when you use our services. By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with ESG Indoor Air Quality, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. SERVICE AREA
ESG proudly serves customers in Garland, Arlington, Frisco, The Colony, Plano, Dallas, TX, and surrounding communities. Services requested outside our regular coverage area may incur additional charges or be subject to availability.
3. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the initial information available and are subject to change upon inspection or discovery of additional work needed. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
4. PAYMENT
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. WARRANTIES
We stand behind our work. Parts and labor warranties vary by service and product type and will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ESG Indoor Air Quality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, product failures, or system misuse. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold ESG, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in courts located within the State of Texas.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between ESG Indoor Air Quality and you, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ESG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
